1. Upmoving type is the slider drives the punch downward movement. In order to ensure that the sliding block working stroke and return, not due to the sliding block under partial load and the left and right cylinder pipeline resistance difference caused by the sliding block relative to the table tilt, thus affecting the workpiece forming quality, is usually equipped with the synchronous control system of sliding block movement. Upmoving type is easily equipped with mechanical or hydraulic synchronous control system. The mechanical synchronous device has the advantages of simple structure, low cost, and can obtain a certain synchronization accuracy, but the partial load bearing capacity is poor, so it is only suitable for small and medium-sized hydraulic numerical control bending machine. The hydraulic synchronization system includes mechanical hydraulic servo synchronization system, electro-hydraulic servo synchronization system and digital control synchronization system. This kind of synchronization system has high synchronization precision and is suitable for CNC bending machine which requires high bending precision. But the technology is complicated and the cost is high.

2. Downmoving type, that is, the slider is installed in the lower part of the machine tool, and drive the die upward movement. The working cylinder is arranged in the central position of the slide block. When the nominal force is small, it is a single cylinder and when the nominal force is large, it is a three cylinder. Because the working cylinder is concentrated in the middle of the slide block, the deformation of the slide block and the beam is consistent, and the gap between the convex and concave dies is more uniform on the whole length of the slide block, so the bending accuracy of the workpiece is higher. The return of the slider depends on its own weight, so the hydraulic system is simple. The downmoving type has the advantages of light weight, compact structure and easy maintenance. The disadvantage is that the synchronization accuracy is not high; It is difficult for single acting cylinder to solve the problem of slider tilt. It is difficult to accurately control the depth of punch into die. Not suitable for punching cutting; And the die on the working table with the workpiece running up, the operator is not easy to operate.

3. Bending type is based on the working principle of the three-point bending method, the advantages of the three-point CNC bending machine is high bending accuracy, wide use of the process, and has the function of a four-side forming machine. But the machine tool structure is complex, the cost is high.
