In order to reduce the braking torque and structural dimension, hydraulic press brake is usually installed on the high-speed shaft of the equipment, but large equipment with high safety requirements (such as mine hoist, elevator, etc.) should be installed on the low-speed shaft close to the working part of the equipment. Some hydraulic press brakes have been standardized and serialized, and are manufactured by professional factories for selection.

Hydraulic press brake is composed of magnetic yoke, excitation coil, spring, brake disc, armature, spline sleeve, mounting screw, etc. hydraulic press brake is installed at the rear extension of the flange plate (or motor) of the equipment; The transmission shaft is connected with the spline sleeve and the brake disc.

When the excitation coil of hydraulic press brake is connected to the rated voltage, the electromagnetic force pulls in the armature to separate the armature from the brake disc. At this time, the transmission shaft and the brake disc operate or start normally. When the transmission system is separated or powered off, the hydraulic press brake is also powered off at the same time. At this time, the spring presses the armature to force the friction torque between the brake disc, the armature and the flange disc, Stop the propeller shaft quickly. When the hydraulic press brake has poor heat dissipation environment and the transmission shaft works continuously for a long time, if conditions permit, the voltage can be maintained and converted to 70% - 80% of the rated voltage after the hydraulic press brake works, so as to reduce heating.
